Recruitment and Training Specialist
The Company:
Our client is a not for-profit training provider, with an excellent reputation. They work with apprentices from all over the UK working with many high profile clients. They have gained ISO, Matrix and IIP accreditations. They have 60 staff.
The Job:
On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Recruitment + Training Specialist. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, recruiting apprentices, and delivering training within their Business Academy. This is a newly created role as their business is growing.
Responsibilities will include:
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the business and customer service sectors.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with employers, both small and large, to promote apprenticeship training programs.
- Actively engage employers to attract them to their training programs.
- Lead the recruitment process for apprentices.
- Deliver training sessions and mentor apprentices within the Business Academy.
- Collaborate with the existing team to expand their apprenticeship and training offerings.
- Stay updated on industry trends and apprenticeship delivery.
The Person:
For this role our client is looking for
- Proven experience in business development and identifying new opportunities.
- Strong knowledge of the Business Administration and Customer Service industry and apprenticeship training.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for mentoring and developing apprentices.
- Relevant qualifications and certifications are a plus.
Salary:
£28,000 + Car
Benefits:
Company pension, on-site gym, on-site Café, on-site parking + 23 days holiday + bank holiday + 2 weeks close down at Christmas
The Hours:
37 per hour working Monday - Friday
The Location:
Office based in Bristol, working from home and 2-3 days onsite with clients (South West + further afield)
