Position: Recruitment Administrator

Location: Birmingham 3 days in the office 2 days at home

Vacancy Type: 12 months

Inizio Engage is looking for an energetic, team player, to join our clients dynamic in-house, UK Recruitment team as a Recruitment Administrator, to work from your home base combined with days head office.

Key Responsibilities

    • First point of contact for phone and email queries from prospective job applicants
    • Liaising with Recruitment Team to discuss open vacancies
    • Scheduling telephone interviews
    • Coordinating phone interviews for candidates with speed and efficiency, whilst delivering a professional and first-class candidate experience
    • Produce reports for management on equality monitoring and recruitment
    • Be proactive and committed when discussing vacancies with candidates
    • Performing administrative duties to help with the smooth running of the recruitment team
    • Support with first stage interview process
    • Managing recruitment processes to ensure the team are in line with GDPR requirements

Essential Skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Recruitment Experience required
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to think independently and take decisive action
  • Customer focused
  • Sense of urgency and a motivation to achieve results
  • Good collaboration skills / able to work with others and gain the best solution
  • Driven and motivated, interested in self development
  • Strong IT skills
  • Recruitment experience is desirable but not essential.
