ROLE: Internal Recruiter/Administrator
HOURS: FULL TIME - Mon-Fri8AM-4PM
FULL TRAINING AND PROGRESSION AVAILABLE.

Vas Promotions are looking to add our newest addition to our young team! We seek a Full-time, Recruitment Administrator for our energetic office in the heart of Birmingham - Jewellery Quarter, B3.


We are actively seeking someone that is great with people, loves to chat and will act as the face of the company by meeting and greeting both our candidates and clients. You will manage daily interviews, general administrative tasks, PA and reception duties.



THE ROLE:

  • Front of House - Meet and greet
  • Screening candidate CV’S
  • Emailing and calling candidates
  • Booking and declining interviews
  • Submitting paperwork and CRB checks
  • Daily head-hunting & social media check up
  • Daily admin and reception duties


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous sales/recruitment experience preferable
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
  • Work well under pressure and in a busy environment
  • Great organisation and planning skills
  • Ability to go above and beyond


You will be expected to maintain constant contact with applicants at all times, providing excellent customer service and being a first point of contact for any questions/queries simultaneously, tracking and logging all interactions.
