Location: Barnet

Working Hours: 8am to 2pm Monday to Friday with 1 in 4 weekends worked too-  40 hours per week

Salary: £24k- £25k

About the company:

A animal practice, supporting North London. Due to growth, they are looking to expand their Receptiuonist team of 6 and have another Receptionist join their team on a permanent basis.

Your day to day role will involve:

  • Providing a warm welcome and high standard of service to clients
  • Answering calls, emails and incoming enquiries
  • Collating paperwork
  • Phoning clients with updates, appointment bookings and rescheduling requests
  • Other general administrative support as required

What you will need to succeed:

  • A strong personality who loves working with people and animals
  • keen eye for detail—you spot typos even in your dreams!
  • Excellent communication & customer service skills – you love people and the people love you
  • Proven experience in an administrative support role in a similar environment, ideally with experience using RX
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with database management.
