As Receptionist you will act as the face of this top UK consultancy at their Head Office housing around 130 members of staff. This organisation supports their staff, offers a great benefits package and an annual company bonus resulting in a very low turnover and them being one of Bristol’s employers of choice.

The successful Receptionist will assist with ad hoc administration as and when required whilst providing a first-class front desk service. Duties will include but not be limited to;

  • Meeting and greeting clients for the firm
  • Managing a busy switchboard
  • Ensuring the reception and boardrooms are kept to a high standard
  • Liaising with internal departments regularly in a professional manner

To be successful you must have previous experience working as a Receptionist or as an Administrator where you have had demonstrable experience of client interaction. You will be professional, friendly and personable with a passion for representing your organisation in the best manner possible and creating a superb first impression.

Job Title: Receptionist

Hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm (1 hour for lunch)
