We are looking to recruit a Receptionist / Front of House Assistant for an exciting and professional company based in Isleworth. As a Receptionist / Front of House Assistant you will be the first impression for the organisation, therefore you will have a very strong customer focus.

  • Offering a warm, cheerful and professional welcome to all visitors

  • Answering incoming calls, passing to the right person and taking messages

  • Managing the schedule for the meeting room and arranging any other requirements for meetings

  • Responsible for the car parking facilities

  • Dealing with couriers and any visitor requests

  • Assisting with administrative duties on a daily basis

    We are looking for candidates who have previous Receptionist experience, have good PC skills, who are extremely well-presented and can demonstrate excellent customer service skills.

Hours of work 9am - 5:30pm
