SF Group are currently recruiting for a Receptionist to join our client based in North Nottinghamshire on a permanent basis.
The ideal candidate will ideally have previous reception experience, have excellent communication skills, well organised and provide a high level of service.
- Organisation of meeting rooms
- Maintaining meeting room diaries
- Dealing with internal and external post
- Meeting and greeting all visitors, providing refreshments
- Maintaining the reception area and meeting room tidiness
- Answering all incoming calls and directing them when necessary
- Looking after the visitor logs
- Processing client payments, card machine, cheque and cash
The ideal candidate for this role will come from a legal background and have experience of working on a reception/switchboard.
Salary: £17,000 per annum
Working hours: 8:30am – 5:00pm
The successful candidate will have had previous reception experience.
