Receptionist

My client is a highly successful and reputable professional services company based in Taunton. They have a strong history of providing a modern and effective service to clients and have experienced a period of growth and expansion.

We are seeking a Receptionist to work full time, permanent basis. The salary offered is dependent on experience.

The purpose of the role is to provide a professional, friendly and helpful reception / telephony service to all clients, visitors and staff whilst undertaking administrative support duties.

The Role

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Answering incoming telephone calls and redirecting them accordingly
  • Receiving visitors and providing an exceptional level of customer service
  • Providing administration support to the team
  • Other duties as required

The Candidate

The successful candidate must have;

  • Experience in a similar role
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and be self motivated
  • Confident and ability to deal with people of all levels
