This Corporate Receptionist temp assignment is based in gorgeous offices in SW1, a stone's throw from Victoria for a popular Private Equity house. This assignment is immediately available and is on an ongoing basis.
This Corporate Receptionist temp role would suit an experienced Receptionist / Front of House professional who is impeccably presented and groomed, with a warm and approachable manner and total appreciation of providing outstanding client service at all times.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 10am - 6.30pm.
To be successful in this Corporate Receptionist temp position you will have:
*Previous receptionist experience within a corporate or 5 star hospitality environment
*Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise confidently with HNWI
*Good organisational skills
*Warm, friendly, welcoming personality
*Willing, helpful approach
*Impeccable business presentation and grooming
*Available immediately and on an ongoing basis
Key accountabilities within this Corporate Receptionist temp role include:
*Meeting and greeting all visitors
*Answering all incoming calls
*Liaising with high net worth individuals
*Managing meeting room bookings
*Maintaining a high standard of tidiness and order in the reception area
*Loading the dishwasher and making refreshments
