Temporary Receptionist

We are always on the lookout for professional and personable Temporary Receptionists to join our team. These roles are perfect for individuals who are flexible, enjoy meeting new people, and are capable of managing a busy front desk with a smile.

Day-to-day of the role (Typical duties could include):
  • Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate contacts or meeting areas.
  • Handling incoming calls and emails, providing information, and redirecting queries as necessary.
  • Managing meeting room bookings and ensuring spaces are prepared for meetings.
  • Maintaining a clean and organised reception area.
  • Assisting with various administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and mail distribution.
  • Ensuring compliance with security procedures, including visitor logs and badges.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in using telephone systems and office equipment.
  • Good organisational skills and the ability to multitask.
  • A friendly and professional demeanour.
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with email and MS Office or equivalent.
