My client, based in Stirling is looking for a Receptionist to join their busy team. Walking distance from public transport links, they are a highly sought after place to work.
Your new role
This specific role is Reception position where your key duties will include:
First point of contact to clients of all levels
Dealing with busy switchboard
High volume data entry using Excel and other Office packages
Processing information through in house systems
Dealing with mail for office
Ad hoc office duties
This is a temporary ongoing position where the hours of work will be Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm.
What you'll need to succeed
You must have prior front of house experience as well as be comfortable with high volume data entry and using Excel.
Due to the urgent requirement of my client, you must be immediately available for work.
