Team Leader is available which will come with a team of ten and an override.

We are looking for experienced real estate sales professionals for very high-income positions, in the real estate sector, which are tax free in the luxury resort of Dubai. An opportunity to build serious wealth.

Only the strong, confident, money hungry, determined, and adventurous should apply.

Sales people learn through experience how to maximise their income. They learn the following to.

1. Work in sector that has high margins.
2. Work in a sector that is booming.
3. Have a remuneration formula that enables very high income.
4. Have the sales skills to close deals consistently.
5. Work very hard.
6. To move to a location, even country to where opportunities are plentiful.
7. In a low or income tax country.

Those are the rules that every very high-income sales professional has learnt.

We need a Team Leader with real estate investment experience.

Our client has an opportunity that meets all of these criterion. They are the leading real estate company in Dubai and are expanding fast.

The sector that is booming most is real estate investment. We do not mean estate agency here but investment. It is booming for two key reasons. Firstly, investors with any money are moving away from high-risk shares and financial investments because of inflation Property is seen as the safest investment and one that is more likely to go up.

In real estate the margins on a property are big in percentage but also in amount. 4% of £4.5Million is a lot of margin and 50-70% sales commission on that means you can earn six figures on one deal. You will probably focus though on making one smaller deal per week, which will be your target.
