Our client's Real Estate Team is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Paralegal to join their dynamic team in Newbury. The successful candidate will provide administrative and legal support primarily for commercial property work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Attend to clients both on the telephone and in person, ensuring accurate message-taking and prompt communication.
- Prepare relevant documents, deeds, and land searches using the Firm’s Case Management system.
- Handle post-completion issues such as contacting Land Registry for charge removal and managing agents on leasehold properties.
- Submit all registrations within priority periods and deal with requisitions raised by Land Registry.
- Assist with Stamp Duty Land Tax return submission and registration at Land Registry within search priority periods.
- Maintain clear ledgers and file documentation for lender/client distribution post-registration.
- Assist with retention releases, compliance letters to clients, and other administrative tasks as required.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of all Firm and client documentation and information.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Computer literacy and familiarity with case management systems.
- Experience in a property-based role is preferable.
