Are you a Real Estate Solicitor looking for a new challenge? Do you have experience in Real Estate development and a passion for delivering high-quality legal services? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you.

We are working with a leading national law firm that has a strong reputation in the Real Estate sector. They are seeking a Real Estate Solicitor to join their Manchester office and work on a range of complex and varied development projects. You will be part of a dynamic and supportive team that advises clients on all aspects of Real Estate development, from site acquisition and planning to construction and disposal.

To be considered for this role, you will need:

A minimum of 2 years PQE in Real Estate development
Excellent technical and commercial skills
A proactive and client-focused approach
The ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
A commitment to continuous learning and development

This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday and can expect a salary in the range in £40-50k dependant on experience.
