RE Teacher - Manchester
We are specifically working with a secondary school in Manchester looking for a RE Teacher, who are working exclusively with ourselves, to join them teaching key stage 3 & 4 ASAP, on an ongoing basis, likely to be for the full academic year on a full-time basis.
You will be required to become fully involved within the department & school, like a permanent member of staff, and attend departmental meetings when required, and be available for parents' evenings as well as planning and delivering captivating, high standard lessons that will stretch the pupils in their learning. You will also be required to mark the work and provide feedback along the way.
The role will be open to newly qualified teachers (ECT) as well as teachers who have more experience, we pay from M1 to M6 (sometimes we can also pay through threshold if you have done so, depending on the role).

EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree educated with a good classification (2:2).
- PGCE and QTS
- Previous experience working of working with young people (which we can reference).
- Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year (essential, however training can be provided).
- Up to date prevent awareness training issued in the last 3 years (essential, however, training can be provided).
- Up to date behaviour management & FGM training in the last year (essential, however, training can be provided).
TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:
- Hold Right to Work in the UK
- Hold an enhanced DBS certificate on the update service or be willing to process a new application.
- Provide two professional children related references
