Radiology Manager

Evolve are recruiting for one of the UK’s leading private healthcare companies who are seeking a Radiology Manager based in Norwich. They deliver high standards of care to their patients across their hospitals, clinics, medical centre, and consulting rooms. You will be responsible for the leadership and development of a successful Radiology team.

Ideal Requirement for a Radiology Manager

• BSc Diagnostic Radiography or equivalent degree
• Significant post qualification experience as a Senior Radiographer/ Team Leader
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required.
• Sound written and verbal communication skills and excellent organisation skills.

Role Responsibilities for a Radiology Manager

• Management of Radiology team to ensure accurate staffing in order to meet patient needs.
• Develops a working environment and culture that actively improves health, safety, and security.
• Lead on the implementation of regulations within the hospital.
• Be responsible for championing, leading and inspiring the radiology team.
