Your new role
Based in either Milton Keynes or Birmingham, as the R&D Tax Manager, you will be joining a team that consists of Scientists, Software Developers, Engineers and Accountants with a core understanding of R&D, who support their diverse range of clients in making the most of the governments' R&D tax relief and credits. Delivering R&D tax projects, analysing and interpreting data, identifying business issues, and applying technical knowledge. Working closely with the R&D tax and wider tax teams to ensure correct skill utilisation on all projects.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful R&D Tax Manager will have a background in software development, software implementation, software engineering or equivalent. Experience of managing internal or external stakeholders and working within project timeframes. The R&D Tax Manager will have a strong analytical and numerical approach to problem-solving with a strong understanding of technology and the development life cycle of processes and products.
