In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering complex and challenging construction projects, taking on increased responsibilities and utilizing your expertise in cost management, contract administration, and project financial control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and feasibility studies for construction projects
• Conduct detailed measurements and valuations of construction work
• Analyse and interpret contract documents, drawings, and specifications
• Negotiate and manage subcontractor agreements and procurement processes
• Monitor project costs, prepare interim and final accounts, and ensure cost compliance
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective project delivery
• Provide professional advice on cost-effective solutions and value engineering

Requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in the construction industry
• Comprehensive knowledge of construction contracts, regulations, and industry best practices
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Proficiency in cost estimating software and Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
