Your Next Role – what you’ll be doing:
I am working with a very well-established residential developer and builder who is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join a huge £100m+ new build residential scheme from the very start, based on-site in Woolwich.
This significant project, built in partnership with a housing association, involves the construction of a 349-unit new build scheme, with a project value of £100 million. The scope includes an RC Frame & Groundwork Package valued at £14 million, with enabling works completed and groundworks and frame construction currently underway. The project is set for completion in early 2027, with another phase due to start before then.
This business is seeking a Project Quantity Surveyor to join the project’s commercial team ASAP. The ideal candidate will possess approximately 5 years of post-graduate experience, with a portion of that time spent working within RC Frame & Groundworks contracting. Experience as a QS and skillsets that include proficiency in contract management and a deep understanding of heavy packages are essential for success in this role.
