You will be joining a major contractor working on a project of £50m + based in Leicester. This contractor have a strong heritage and have a focus on developing their staff throughout the business. This is a great opportunity for a QS or Assistant Qs who has worked on major project and is looking for a step up,
Your new role
You will be responsible for:

• Enhance Profitability: Continuously improve commercial processes and procedures to
  boost profits.
• Cost Optimisation: Efficiently manage and minimise unnecessary costs and inefficiencies.
• Cash Flow Maximisation: Ensure optimal cash flow by handling valuations, invoicing, and payment receipts.
• Final Account Oversight: Managing final accounts, including variations, claims, and dispute resolution.
• Financial Forecasting: Provide forecasts to set targets and effectively manage the business.
• Resource Monitoring: Keep a close eye on resources and costs to meet project targets.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed, you will have previous experience as a QS or Assistant QS working on major commercial projects.
