Quantity Surveyor

Our client, an established and growing roofing contractor based in Manchester, are currently seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join them. You will be supporting the Commercial Team to deliver projects efficiently and within budget constraints, along with maintaining solid working relationships with clients, designers, supply chain members and other key stakeholders. This position offers and attractive package and the chance to join a growing specialist within the industry.

It is envisaged that the ideal candidate has a strong quantity surveying background, as well as some roofing experience. Experience mostly in estimating will also be considered for this role.

Quantity Surveyor Position Overview

• Job Type: Permanent
• Job Location: Manchester
• Start Date: Immediate (happy to wait for notice periods)
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday - Early Finish on Friday

Quantity Surveyor Position Requirements

• Must have some experience within the roofing sector
• A strong background in Quantity Surveying or Estimating
• Must be based within commuting distance of Manchester
• Must hold a Full UK driver's license
• Experience using Microsoft Office package

Salary and Benefits:

• Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 DOE
