Salary: £55k - £65k (DOE) + Excellent Benefits

The Client:

Our client operates in the property management sector specialising in residential lettings, sales, and new home construction ensuring exceptional service for vendors, landlords, purchasers, and tenants alike.

The Role:

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a vital role within the team, contributing to diverse projects from their inception to final completion.

Responsibilities:

• Creating Bill of Quantities (BOQ)
• Compiling Sub-contractor Tender Packs
• Conducting Tender Analysis
• Assisting in Bank Cashflow Forecasting and Project Costings (LCC)
• Familiarity with JCT Contracts and Sub-contractor Contracts
• Performing Valuation Analysis
• Project Cost Value Reconciliation (CVR)
• Oversight of Client and Contractor Variations
• Preparation of Monthly Payment Schedules

Requirements:

• Previously worked for 2 years as a Quantity Surveyor or in a similar role.
• Possess relevant degree or professional qualification
• Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
