Quantity Surveyor
A high-end Main Contractor based in Central London are looking to add an energetic, hands-on Quantity Surveyor to their thriving team.
The Quantity Surveyor Role
The successful Quantity Surveyor will join a relatively young company which has continued to go from strength to strength.
Specializing in high-end projects from £300k - £19m across the Residential and Commercial sectors in locations in London such as Mayfair, Chelsea, Knightsbridge, Surrey and having the first inital project be in Soho.
Working closely alongside the Senior Contracts Manager, Senior Project Manager and Estimator, you'll be independently running jobs from start to finish. The role comes with unrivalled opportunity for progression and the chance to have a real impact on a smaller, up and coming company.

The Quantity Surveyor
The successful Quantity Surveyor will have:
- The ability to independently manage projects
- Experience working on Residential projects
- The drive to help develop a small, up and coming company
In Return?
The company are happy to discuss individual requirements based on experience but are looking to offer:
- £50,000 - £60,000
- Car allowance
- 25 days annual leave + bank holidays
- Extra 5 days off at Christmas
