An established and progressive SME consultancy firm are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their team in West London. They have a great reputation in the market and are working on some amazing luxury residential schemes.

They are looking to recruit a Quantity Surveyor to get involved in taking full responsibility of projects from inception to completion. You will be given the opportunity to take full client ownership and work on a range of projects with an impressive clientele.

  • SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE OF THE SUCCESSFUL QUANTITY SURVEYOR:
  • Experience as a quantity surveyor within the property market
  • Degree qualified in a relevant construction or property discipline.
  • Previous experience delivering within the Residential, Commercial or Hotels/Leisure sectors. (Preferably gained in a construction consultancy environment).
  • Negotiation skills
  • Communication skill
  • Numeracy skills
  • Report writing
  • Presentation skills
  • Proven track record at the appropriate level


RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE SUCCESSFUL QUANTITY SURVEYOR:

  • Pre and Post contract services
  • Attend site meetings.
  • Produce documents to tender.
  • Contract Administration
  • Valuations
  • Cost Management
