Quantity Surveyor

An award-winning, dynamic Chartered Quantity Surveying Practice in Leicester is looking to add a talented Quantity Surveyor to their expanding team.

The Quantity Surveyor Role

Joining a multidisciplinary company, the successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will receive unrivalled industry exposure in Quantity Surveying as well as Project Management and Employer's Agent experience.

Joining a well-established Commercial Team working on a diverse and exciting range of Design & Build projects including Commercial, Insurance, Education, Healthcare, as well as Bespoke one off developments.

The new Quantity Surveyor will receive fantastic support from the Senior Management team including a brilliant internal APC programme as well as 1-2-1 mentoring from an external APC accessor.

This small consultancy, with 3 offices nationwide, has been acquired by a highly successful and renowned firm over the last 2 years and having let the dust settle are ready to continue their expansion - now joining over 4 other consultancies who have joined their ranks.

This has provided a number of exciting opportunities within the close knit team, now working closely alongside 4 previously separate consultancies across the UK - which has allowed repeat business via the various companies, an expanded benefits package, and greater progression opportunities. The Quantity Surveyor

• A construction related degree qualification
• MRICS or committed to achieving
• Quantity Surveying experience within a UK Consultancy
• Pre & Post Contract experience
• Employers Agent experience is ideal but not crucial

The company are happy to discuss individual requirements based on experience but are looking to offer:
