Top 20 Main Contractor are hiring a Project Quantity Surveyor for a £150m 10 year Framework with a North London Local Authority over 5 years. Quantity Surveyors with Main Contracting experience at Project Quantity Surveyor level are preferable. Quantity Surveyors will be reporting into the Managing Quantity Surveyor for the Framework, with a mix of site and head office (Woodford) required. This role will suit an established Quantity Surveyor who is experienced in managing their own job(s), from procurement through to final accounts. Quantity Surveyor with NEC3 Option A contract experience is beneficial. Quantity Surveyors will be working for a Medium sized Main Contracting business that has extensive opportunities for progression through to Senior Management & Director level positions, with a London wide presence and strong reputation in UK construction. Quantity Surveyors applying for this position will need to be able to demonstrate career longevity and be confident running their own jobs from procurement to final accounts.

Quantity Surveyor - Key Skills

  • NEC3 Contract knowledge
  • 4+ Years Quantity Surveying experience
  • Refurbishment or External/Internal works experience

Quantity Surveyor - Salary & Benefits

  • £50,000 - £55,000
  • Car Allowance - £4,000
  • Annual Bonus (% Neg)
