Great Quantity Surveyor Opportunity

Your new company
My client is a Norwich based construction firm with a great reputation for producing high quality work. Specialising in New Build, Commercial and industrial.

Your new role
They are currently seeking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor to join the team due to increase in workload. The ideal candidate will be degree qualified with at least 2 years Quantity Surveying experience and able to demonstrate a previous track record working on residential/ commercial schemes of a similar nature.

What you'll need to succeed
Background within Quantity Surveying.
A relevant qualification route, ideally degree qualified or HNC/HND.
Ability to undertake all other ad-hoc administrative duties.
Ability to manage and prioritise workload, maintaining awareness of demands on different projects within a demanding contract.
Ability to negotiate and liaise across subcontractors, colleagues and senior management.
Full clean driving license.
