A main contractor with more than 150 years of experience, whose projects span health and care, civil engineering, commercial and industrial, education, leisure, residential, property and developments sectors, working for both public and private sector clients.

Your new role
With an already impressive project portfolio, the business is starting a further 5 live projects with a value of c£40m due to commence this year. Due to this growth the organisation require you to join them as a Senior Quantity Surveyor in their Coventry offices on a permanent basis. As part of the role you will work alongside site based teams to complete commercial functions on the project.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in the role you will need to be an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a strong level contracting experience (JCT, D&B, NEC). Commercial project experience is a key requirement of the position in new build. A practical approach to Quantity Surveying with a willingness to take on more responsibility and provide technical and professional input when necessary. Qualified with relevant construction qualifications, HNC, HND, BSc.
