Quantity Surveyor - Highways

An opportunity has arisen for a Quantity Surveyor with experience in Highways and Urban / Public Realm to join a client in Central London. Your main duties include undertaking cost analysis, risk & value management and delivering procurement strategy in line with company procedures



This is a full-time permanent position with a range of bonus and benefits available. The salary on offer is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum plus package - negotiable for the right candidate.



Working within the Civils team your main duties include:
-Cost management, estimating, procurement, forecasting and tendering duties of the business
-Performing risk and value management as well as cost control activities
-Delivering procurement strategy
-Profit and loss reports as well as risk management / mitigation duties



Previous experience in Civils and / or Infrastructure is essential for this role. Carrington West are also looking for Project Managers and Junior / Assistant QS's with similar backgrounds across the South of UK - please get in touch to find out more.
