An excellent unique opportunity for a experienced Quantity Surveyor to join this Civils project based in Hull. Hays Civil Engineering are working alongside a National Contractor with a huge reputation within the construction sector.
We are looking to recruit an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a large Tier 1 contractor in Hull.

You will be joining one of the most unique projects in the UK; this is a £6-£7m project, with a programme of works over 12 months.

As a Quantity Surveyor, you'll come from a Civil Engineering background, and have prior experience working on Civil Engineering projects previously. You'll have a few years experience within a QS role, and be available for an immediate start.

Key Skills:

  • Knowledge of NEC
  • Carrying out commercial tasks
  • Cost control
  • Valuations
  • Support commercial management on site
  • Preparation of commercial and financial reports

This is a site-based role in Hull 2-3 days a week and is being recruited on a 12-month fixed-term contract basis.
