Role & Responsibilities:

• Ensuring technical compliance in the factory and supporting the new product development with the launches of new products.
• Completing product specifications, and maintaining technical compliance of raw material suppliers information.
• People management - leading a team of 3
• Complete internal audits of the factory and quality management systems

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• Food Safety Level 3 and HACCP qualified
• Technical department experience
• Confident in leading audits
• Line management experience
