Quality Manager

Bristol (hybrid)

£45-50K p.a

Our client, a large property services company, has an exciting opportunity for a Quality Manager to join their team!

Key responsibilities:

  • To manage the company’s business management system (BMS)
  • To ensure continued company accreditation with ISO 9001
  • Ensure the BMS is in the most suitable format for users
  • To identify/agree needs and provide systems that monitor level of compliance to BMS
  • To produce and manage an annual audit programme for the BMS
  • Work with Product Directors to continuously review processes to prioritise workloads
  • To manage corrective action / preventative action system to drive improvements
  • To work with The Academy to ensure company training needs are covered on BMS
  • Oversee updates to related policies and procedures each year for Leadership Team review and communicate endorsed changes
  • Provide an effective and professional service to all internal and external customers
  • Driving delivery of quality information through pursuing excellence, being innovative and demonstrating integrity.

Key skills/ experience:

  • ISO 9001 Audit Trained
  • Well-developed numeracy and literacy skills. IT literacy, confident in use of MS Office applications and company financial software.
  • Management Skills: Influencing people, leading teams, planning and organising
  • Demonstrable experience of implementing or managing an ISO 9001 compliant Quality Management System
