We’re currently looking for a Quality & Cost Analysts to sit within our Property team.
This role would particularly be suited to an intermediate Quantity Surveyor who would like to diversify into wider asset management in the not for profit sector. The role is part of a new team following a recent structure change earlier this year, and is a key component in ensuring that we maximise the value of our assets to deliver best value for our customers in line with our Asset Management Strategy.
About the role:
You will be a Quality & Cost Analyst or Quantity Surveyor looking for your next challenge. You will be responsible for implementing and managing a consistent and standard approach through all regions and the entire contract lifecycle from procuring and appointing Contractors and Suppliers, budget setting, cost control and monitoring, cost auditing, overall cost analysis and trend reporting, benchmarking internally and externally and cost support to improvement activities
You will have knowledge of planned and reactive maintenance work, specifications and current market costs as well as strong communication, influencing and negotiation skills. You must have a flexible and co-operative approach and working knowledge of building industry structures and roles, professional and technical services, briefing, design, construction and maintenance processes.
