Hours of work for this role would be 6am till 2.15pm and 2pm till 10.15pm on a rotating shift.
As a Quality Control Operative you will play a part in ensuring quality of the finished product. You will be responsible for controlled checks on the product, processes and packaging in line with the established quality system and industry best practice.
Main duties of a Quality Controller:
*Assisting the department in maintaining an exemplary level of service across all areas.
*Ensuring the quality of all orders in bulk are met on a daily basis
*Following processes to ensure the highest possible safety, legality and quality standard is maintained.
*Conducting Pre-Delivery Inspections.
*Completing all paperwork as required.
For this role you will need to have good numeracy and literacy skills and will ideally of worked in the food industry before. You must be conscientious & passionate, have an eye for detail and dedicated to working with a quality product.
Previous experience of working as a QC in a food processing environment would be an advantage but is not essential as full training will be given.
