Job Title: Quality Coordinator Quality Coordinator

Salary: £35k - £37k Plus Fantastic Benefits + Hybrid Working

Reports to Operations Director Interfaces with Project Leader / project team members / HR Department Job summary: Responsible for the coordination of relevant quality documentation and preparation of various audits.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop a high level of communication and engagement with various teams, to improve quality management system.
  • Maintaining quality documentation to required standard, tracking, and updating documents as required.
  • Manage company TIDP ensuring policies documents are updated accordingly.
  • Follow up and update any NCR’s and corrective actions within the NCR Register. Investigation and reporting on customer complaints, and implementation of
  • Carrying out internal audits, support and participate in third party, and external audits.
  • Participate in weekly quality meetings as required by Operations Director
  • Ensure audit and policy folders are updated regularly.
  • Understanding various BSI and ISO clauses and processes Knowledge, Skills and Qualities required: Teamwork, good communication, attention to detail, adaptability, deadline focused Software applications: The role requires good knowledge of Microsoft Office Company perspective · Be familiar with company Quality Management systems and processes.
