Quality and Compliance Manager

Freightserve recruitment are looking for for a Quality and Compliance Manager for a well-established Freight Forwarder in the Colnbrook area.

Aim and Scope of the Job:

To manage Compliance, Security, Quality and facilities for Ireland 30% of time

To support MSG in Compliance, Security, Quality and facilities for 70% of time

To manage and advise on ISO, GDP, WDA, ACSP, TAPA, C-TPAT, Risk and BCP, AEO, GDPR, Security, SLA’s, SOP’s, Licenses and Contracts

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:-

• To manage the above areas to ensure best practice and compliance in Ireland and advise other countries in the EMEA Region on best practice.
• To manage a team or other employees in other Countries in the region to ensure compliance.
• To report to the Director MSG and highlight any potential risks and issues that need senior management approval to rectify. Is up to date with all quality and compliance standards and proactively promotes them.
• To manage the risks of all the accreditations listed but not limited to.
• To ensure audits and continuous improvements are undertaken to retain all relative accreditations to maintain our business.

Education/Qualifications and/or Skills and Work Experience Requirements:-

5+ years’ experience of Compliance, Security, Quality and Facilities

5+ years’ experience of the freight and Logistics business

Relevant qualifications in the above such as but not limited to ISO, Auditing, GDPR, AEO, Risk Management, TAPA and License management
