Qualified Social Worker - Adults Review - East Midlands - £34

We are looking to recruit a Qualified Social Worker - Adults Review Team within the Social Care industry in East Midlands. The successful candidate will be working in a well-structured, organised team who are growing their social worker staffing levels. The Qualified Social Worker - Review Team vacancy in East Midlands will be for an initial 3-6 months with potential for extension subject to internal circumstance and your performance.

Responsibilities include;

• Deliver a high quality, asset based, person-centred, accountable statutory social care service, ensuring that adults and their families and carers;
  * are able to seek asset based solutions , assess, manage and review their own needs and risks, maximise their own independence
  and self-direct their responses to deliver agreed outcomes
  * Can access personalised care and support to meet their assessed needs and maintain themselves in the community
  * Are protected and safeguarded

  Hybrid, no duty, MH focus. Team meetings/group supervision in office, flexible working arrangements can be discussed. County Hall.

Experience preferred:

• Post qualifying experience of working as a Qualified Social Worker - Adults Team within the UK Social Care industry.

Minimum Requirements:

• SWERegistration
• Enhanced DBS (we can obtain for you)
• Eligibility to work in the UK
