A successful independent firm of Chartered Accountants located in Worcester is currently looking to expand their team and welcome a new Qualified Accountant. By joining, you will be working within a leading Worcestershire accountancy practice, with a highly professional and very friendly team of accountants, all dedicated to providing top quality services to all of their clients, including - business owners, private individuals, start-ups, and specialist services.

Your new role
Within your new role, you will be dealing with a portfolio of clients on a day-to-day basis, working on all aspects of a client's accountancy and taxation requirements.

Your everyday tasks will include preparation of accounts for limited companies, partnerships & sole traders, dealing with queries from the client in an efficient and timely manner, communication with the tax team, audit and charity managers as necessary, preparation of self-assessment tax returns for clients in the portfolio, working with more junior members of the team as necessary, identifying opportunities to introduce other service lines within the business and utilising technology where appropriate.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be considered for this role, you will need to have 1 year's post-qualified experience within practice, and be either ACA or ACCA qualified. Ideally, you will have both Audit and Accounts experience, but you will be considered if you have either. The client is looking for very organised individuals, who thrive under pressure and are truly passionate about delivering a high quality of service to clients.
