New Job:  QESH Manager in the Electrical Engineering Sector!

As a QESH Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our client's products meet the highest standards, comply with regulations, and align with environmental goals. You'll champion sustainability initiatives while driving continuous improvement across operations.

This is working in the electrical engineering sector and our client is a leading manufacturer of high-power components supplying to diverse industries such as electricity generation, transmission, and industrial automation. As an established business with a strong and stable workforce our client is committed to excellence and sustainability.

About the Job:

• Implement Quality Management System procedures and ensure compliance
• Lead sustainability efforts and ensure environmental compliance
• Develop and implement environmental frameworks and policies
• Manage audits and respond to customer complaints effectively
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement and environmental awareness

About you:

• Strong knowledge of quality systems and APQP, PPAP, FMEA
• Proficiency in problem-solving methodologies like Six Sigma
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and prioritize tasks effectively
• Relevant degree in business/engineering or equivalent qualification
• Six Sigma/Lean Manufacturing certification preferred
• Membership of industry-related Professional Body advantageous
• Passion for sustainability and environmental challenges

Experience:

• Previous experience in a similar role, ideally in high-volume manufacturing or automotive industry
• Proficiency in compiling and actioning quality documentation
• Experience in managing HSE policies, EMS systems, and ISO accreditations
