Are you passionate about ensuring excellence in diagnostic products? We're seeking a dynamic Quality Control Manager with a mission to lead a team dedicated to upholding the quality and reliability of a cutting-edge diagnostic product.

Drawing upon your extensive background in molecular biology, in vitro diagnostic test development, and mastery of quality control techniques, you'll be at the helm of refining assay methodologies and ensuring products perform flawlessly to meet and exceed specifications.

Collaboration will be key as you will work closely with the Product Development Team, contributing your expertise to refine and enhance their offerings.

Quality Control Manager Responsibilities:

  • Manage the QC function and team
  • Perform experiments and prepare technical reports
  • Optimise assays to meet performance specifications
  • Evaluate and validate assay performance against requirements
  • Develop and validate QC test methods for raw materials, reagents, and finished products

Quality Control Manager Requirements:

  • BSc in a relevant scientific discipline; PhD preferred
  • At least relevant technical experience
  • Experience in nucleic acid assay development
  • Commercial in vitro diagnostic product development experience
  • Knowledge of Quality Management & Regulatory frameworks (ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR 820, cGMP)
  • Previous line management experience
