QA Manager
The QA Manager will have the following responsibilities:
- Ensuring health and foods safety along with legal compliance and GMP standards are adhered too. Leading and motivating the QA team.
- Ensuring HACCP Requirements are implemented and maintained.
- Maintain and review audit systems to ensure product safety, legality and quality are in place
- Deputising for the Technical Manager when required
- Generating KPI information communicating these across to the correct members of SLT
The QA Manager will require the following experience:
- Food safety qualification (HACCP, Food safety, other relevant qualifications)
- Must have experience working in a chilled food environment (Meat processing is advantageous)
- Confident managing the QA function in a fast paced environment
