If you’re an experienced Quality Assurance professional who is on the look out to join an innovative pharmacy business during an incredibly exciting time then here is your opportunity.

Working for one of the fastest growing private pharmacies in the UK based within the Basildon area, you’ll be responsible for all aspects of Quality Assurance.


You’ll require the following essentials to be considered for this position:

  • Current or recent experience of working within Quality Assurance
  • Previous worked within a regulated industry
  • Strong knowledge of quality assurance processes and procedures
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Health Sciences, Life Sciences, or Business Administration
    • Experience with QMS systems, GDP activities, managing wholesale activities
    • Confident writing and amending SOPs
    • Experience with pharmacy operations
    • Experience in managing quality control systems and conducting audits
    • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify and solve problems
    • Strong organisational and project management skills
    • Effective communication and leadership skills

Within this position, you’ll also be carrying out the following duties:

  • Overseeing quality assurance processes and procedures in both the pharmacy site and wholesale site
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
  • Managing quality control systems
  • Conducting audits
  • Following all pharmacy policies and procedures

Working hours and Salary

Full Time, Monday to Friday, 9am – 5:30pm, Hybrid Working

Salary is between £50,000pa - £60,000pa depending on experience.

25 Days Holiday
