QA Analyst opportunity at an award-winning people consultancy…

We’re on a mission to show the world how engaged, happy people are central to business success. Recognised as an inspirational place to work, Purple Cubed are seeking a talented and enthusiastic QA Analyst to help ensure the quality and reliability of our web apps remains high and continues to improve.

We offer expertise and tools for well-known brands that want to improve business results and growth through harnessing the power of their people (think Yo! Sushi, Hamleys, the Ivy Collection and some of the world’s best five star hotels…). Our approach is contemporary, pragmatic and strategic, which has given us a strong track record of positioning businesses as 'amazing places to work', thus helping them overcome the people and delivery challenges they face.

If you’re up for a challenge, here’s the deal:

• We’ll give you freedom (within a framework); an exciting challenge and the opportunity to make a real contribution in a fast paced environment from day one
• You’ll help us grow the company
• We’ll offer you progression towards your full potential, as well as skills development with your own L&D plan
• We’ll welcome you into a great environment; we practice what we preach and live our values
• You’ll stand out from the crowd, as: positive, self-sufficient, decisive and responsible

Working in the Technical Team you’ll:

• Be in charge of testing all client Talent Toolbox system launches
• Test all bug fixes, as well as testing functionality of new features
• Play a key role in driving our Automation Testing implementation
• Be part of an agile team open to new ideas and technologies
• Help us recognise which features require improvements and delight over 50k users by minimising the number of bugs in production

In return for working in one of the best environments anywhere, you’ll:

• Have previous experience working in a commercial environment as an application tester (preferably web testing)
• Be interested in implementing automated testing
• Have an understanding of the software development process and a keen eye for detail
• Be flexible, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work on your own as well as part of a team
• Drive your own development and be (or keen to become) ISTQB Foundation qualified
• Optionally have experience with Jira, Selenium and a general interest in web development

To apply you’ll need to send 10 bullet point reasons why you’re the one, plus a one-page CV with salary expectations

We look forward to hearing from you…
