How you’ll make an impact
In this role, you will be a key point of contact for our managers & employees. You will provide meaningful and accurate PX advice and guidance across the full spectrum of People Experience (PX) activities.   This role is crucial for supporting our organisation during a maternity leave period, ensuring continuity and excellence in our PX function. You will coach and advise managers on a range of topics, including absence management, performance management, organisational change, policy, procedures, and best practices to ensure we consistently do the right thing.
What you’ll do
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and implement HR best practices, with a focus on Denmark and Norway. - Provide accurate and meaningful PX advice and guidance on legislative requirements, and support along the employee life-cycle, including onboarding, offboarding, performance management, employee development, and employee relations. - Lead efforts to document, simplify and standardise PX business processes. - Contribute and support on an array of topics such as change management, org design, and providing reporting, analysis and insights. - Assist in cyclical processes such as Salary Review, Talent Mapping, and Engagement deep-dives. - Proactively contribute to PX projects and initiatives. - Identify opportunities for automation and self-service as we embark on a journey to empower  people leaders to take more ownership of the employee experience.
What you’ll bring with you
- Proven HR/PX experience in a fast-paced environment,  including sound employee relation knowledge and case management skills.  - Current and practical knowledge of employment-related legislation in Denmark; familiarity with Norwegian legislation is a plus. - A keen interest in exploring our PX tech stack and strong experience with an HRIS, preferably Workday. - Strong stakeholder management skills. - Experience in creating and facilitating effective people processes. - Outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to communicate effectively, including skills in consultation, facilitation, influencing, and negotiation. - Ability to exercise judgement, sensitivity, and creativity to adapt to changing needs and situations within the business. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. - A track record of getting things done, with openness to be flexible on priorities and tasks in order to meet the needs of the team and business.
