Purchase Ledger - Part time

Are you available immediately and looking for the perfect temporary role?

We are working with a lovely business based in the East Grinstead area who are looking for someone to join them on a temporary basis of at least 6 - 9 months, covering a Maternity leave.

This is a part time role working 25 hours per week with flexibility on how this is split across the week.

You will be a key member of the department responsible for the Purchase Ledger:

  • Inputting invoices
  • Processing and making payments
  • Ensure all documents are filed correctly and system details are up to date
  • Dealing with client queries
  • General administration

We are looking for someone with:

  • Proven all round Purchase Ledger experience
  • Able to commit to at least 6 months temporary assignment
  • Able to work well in a team and individually
  • Happy to be based in offices in East Grinstead
