Page Personnel are currently partnering with a leading FMCG business, based in Deeside, who are looking for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their team following an exciting period of growth. Reporting into the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for the end to end accounts payable process.

Description
The Purchase Ledger Clerk will be responsible for:
- Accurately recording purchase invoices and receipts.
- Managing supplier statements and resolving any discrepancies.
- Processing payment runs in a timely and efficient manner.
- Collaborating with the wider finance team to ensure accurate financial records.
- Liaising with suppliers and internal departments to resolve invoice queries.
- Assisting with the implementation of process improvements within the finance department.
- Adhering to all financial regulations and company policies.
Profile
The successful Purchase Ledger Clerk should have:
- A proven track record within a similar role
- AAT L2 or abover (desirable)
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent numeracy skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
