Jenson Fisher are delighted to be working on an exclusive basis, with a leading Glasgow City Centre client, to recruit an experienced Purchase Ledger Assistant on a full-time temporary basis for 3 months. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Purchase Ledger Assistant to join a small friendly team.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Process invoices
- AP Mailbox – work through emails, responding to queries within timely manner
- Weekly Payment Runs
- Processing payments
- Reviewing and processing credit card claims
- Supplier Statement reconciliations
- Month end tasks
- Purchase Ledger experience is essential
- Highly proficient Excel skills
- Excellent verbal and written and communication skills
- Strong team player
- High levels of attention to detail
