My client is looking to recruit a Purchase Ledger Clerk.

Key Responsibilities

Ensuring all invoices and purchase orders are matched in a timely manner to ensure that suppliers are paid on time
Be responsible for managing your allotted supplier accounts with both internal and external stakeholders to resolve any queries/disputes
Conduct monthly statement reconciliations
Ad-hoc accounting admin duties as and when required
Petty Cash Reconciliation
Cash and expense coding and inputting

Person Specification

VAT Returns
CIS Sub-Contractor deductions and payments
Strong accounts experience
Excellent communication skills both written and spoken
Experience of Microsoft Office. With particular reference to Excel
