About The Role
The role is going to be a long term Maternity Cover Contract from October 2017 to December 2018 and will be working Part Time (4 full days per week).
Within this Purchase Ledger role you will be responsible for:
- Review and process all purchase order invoices
- Ensure appropriate authorisation for all purchase invoices
- Check all invoices have been recharged correctly
- Respond to supplier queries
- Process expense forms

This role is working for an industry leading business that has an international presence.
We are looking for a committed individual that would like to work on a Part Time basis, 4 full days per week, and can commit to a contract stating in October 2017 and ending in December 2018.
Experience required for this role is as follows:
- Previous experience of Purchase Ledger and Cash Management is essential
- Use of Sage Line 200
- Available to commit to a long contract
- Looking to work 4 days per week

This is a maternity cover contract starting in October 2017 and finishing in December 2018. It is working on a part time basis of 4 full days per week and is within a supportive environment. The salary quoted for the role is the actual salary being paid for the 4 days per week, it is the equivalent to £25,000 per annum on a full-time basis.
