Purchase Ledger Assistant
Our client is an established company, very reputable and based in Measham. They provide a great working environment and provide fantastic customer service. They provide their services predominantly to the construction industry but also health, education, commerce, etc.
They are currently looking to appoint a Purchase Ledger Assistant to work with their existing friendly accounts team. You will be expected to carry out the following duties:
- Opening of supplier accounts
- Chase orders, statement reconciliation, raising and use of nominal codes, etc
- Ensure trial balance is up to date
- Assist the Accounts Management in preparing year end results
- Admin such as word processing, dealing with enquiries, photocopying, etc
- Maintenance of accurate records
- Ad hoc duties as may be required
This role would suit someone who has worked in a similar role before and who is familiar with relevant systems and processes.
